GREGORY CHANDLER--BOSTON MARATHON 2014 WINNERS

The Boston Marathon for 2014 is over.  Rita Jeptoo of Kenya was the women's winner.

Meb Keflezighi, of the USA, was the male winner.  Keflezighi was born in Eritrea.  A
question remains, therefore, about the ability of USA born runners to compete in major
marathons.
