The Heisman Trophy award is presented on December 8, 2012.  The choices are few for the award.

Only three college football players are invited to the presentation:  Manti Te'o of Notre Dame, Johnny Manziel of Texas A&M, and Colin Klein of Kansas State University.

I expect Manti Te'o to win the award.
