GREGORY CHANDLER--ENJOYED THE 2014 WINTER OLYMPICS

The 2014 Winter Olympics conclude today with the Closing Ceremony.  I enjoyed the Games.

The host nation, Russia, received the most medals at 33.  The USA
received 28 medals.  Overall, it was a good showing for the USA.

Now, I will follow basketball and some hockey.

I watch lots of the 2014 Winter Olympics games.  Curling, bobsled, and all of the sports get my attention.  I now have heard of Sochi, Russia.

The Seattle Seahawks won their first Super Bowl on February 2, 2014.

Congratulations to them.

The sports world timeline, however, gave the Seattle Seahawks only three full days in the spotlight. The Winter Olympics started on February 6, 2014.

The sports sections in the national media make little mention of the Seahawks after the Winter Olympics started.
